Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how Bublly issues refunds for paid subscriptions to our customer support platform. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the terms below in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This policy covers refunds for subscription fees paid directly to Bublly for plans listed on our pricing page. It does not cover charges paid to third parties such as Meta (WhatsApp Business conversation fees), payment gateways, resellers, or marketplace listings, which are governed by those providers' refund rules.
2. 7-Day Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your first paid subscription purchase if the Service does not meet your needs. The 7-day window starts on the date of the initial charge.
After the 7-day window, subscription fees are non-refundable, including for unused time on monthly or annual plans.
3. Annual Plans
Annual plans paid upfront are eligible for a pro-rated refund only within the 7-day window described above. After that window, the remaining term is non-refundable, but you may continue using the Service until the end of the billing period.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund:
- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) after the 7-day window
- WhatsApp Business conversation charges, message-template fees, and any other third-party pass-through costs billed by Meta or telecom partners
- Add-ons, extra agent seats, or usage-based charges already consumed
- AI assistant usage, message credits, or campaign sends that have already been delivered
- Custom onboarding, migration, or professional services delivered in full
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or WhatsApp Business policies
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@bublly.com from the email address registered on your Bublly account. Include:
- Account email and workspace name
- Invoice or payment reference number
- Date of the charge
- Reason for the refund request
We review every request individually and respond within 3 business days.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once approved, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. International payments may take longer.
Bublly is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card networks, or currency-conversion processing.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings or by emailing support@bublly.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period. You retain access to paid features until the end of the already-paid billing cycle.
8. Disputes & Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your card issuer. Most billing concerns can be resolved directly and faster through our support team. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and any refund processed via dispute is final.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
